Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also track your order anytime via the 'Track Your Order' page on our website.
If you can't find your tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact support@thedoghubco.com.
Our harness can be hand washed or machine washed using cold water on a gentle cycle.
Please remove any velcro name patches before washing. Name patches should not be machine washed but may be wiped clean as needed.
After washing, allow the harness to air dry completely before use. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or use high heat.
Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–72 hours after your order has been collected by the carrier.
If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact support@thedoghubco.com and our team will investigate.
We recommend checking around your property, with household members, neighbours, and your local courier depot first.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact support@thedoghubco.com and our team will assist you.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact support@thedoghubco.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.
